  • I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, WA Reg. LH60914094) and received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from City University of Seattle in 2015. I've also completed specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT-C), which emphasizes the importance of attachment, intimacy and communication in relationships. I've also completed post-degree training in Emotion Focused Therapy for individuals (EFT-I), under the direction of Dr. Robert Elliot. Together, these combine powerful, evidence-based approaches to helping you connect in your life.

I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques recognized as effective by the professional mental health community, based on their fit with your needs as a client.

Additionally, I bring years of experience as a community organizer, historian, and mediator. This background assists me in discerning both the bigger picture and the personal themes in peoples’ lives. I encourage transparency and honesty about the process of therapy, and many find my open demeanor reassuring.
